"You know, it's amazing Brother Eldridge, to look around and see that the church of today doesn't practice revelation any more than they do. It's hard to understand why that they do not believe in revelation more, or why they do not study and practice revelation more. Because Paul was a revelator, and he was the one that set up the gentile church. And he is our apostle. And he taught that the church was to be a church founded upon revelation. And that the whole church, the whole gentile church, was to be translated and taken out of this world, someday, by the spirit of God, through the divine unction of spiritual revelation."
"Somebody would say, when you leave the denominations of this world, they would say, "Well Brother Pike you've departed from the faith." But I want you to know that the Baptists cannot say that you've departed from the faith because you leave the Baptist church. The Methodists cannot say, truthfully, that you've departed from the faith because you leave the Methodist church. Neither can the Catholics say that you've departed from the faith because you leave the Catholic church. But brothers and sisters, when you leave the Word of God you've departed from the faith, and given heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils. Anytime you leave the word you've departed from the faith. For faith cometh by the hearing of the word!"
